There’s no platform account required and no service fee added at checkout — you pay the price you see. What’s included in the property?
Every Worry Free BnB property is stocked before your arrival with the essentials: fresh linens, towels, kitchen basics, and anything the host has specifically noted in the listing. Check the individual property page for a full amenity list — we aim to be specific so there are no surprises. If something’s listed and it isn’t there when you arrive, let your host know immediately.
How does check-in work?
Your host will send arrival instructions before your stay — typically via email or direct message. Most properties use a keybox or smart lock, which means you can arrive any time after the stated check-in time without needing to coordinate with anyone. If you’re running late or arriving outside normal hours, just let your host know in advance.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Contact your host directly — they’re the right first call for anything property-related. If you can’t reach your host, get in touch through our site and we’ll help resolve it. We don’t hide behind a chatbot when things need sorting.
Can I request early check-in or late checkout?
In many cases, yes — but it depends on the property’s schedule. Contact your host directly after booking to ask. The worst they can say is no, and many hosts are happy to accommodate with a day’s notice.
Are the properties pet-friendly?
